The 5000 Series of swing doors has been developed to withstand even the harshest conditions within corrosive and washdown environments. The unique one-piece polymer rotationally moulded skin with no gaps, no joins or seams, and full stainless steel hardware provide exceptional hygiene standards and durability.
Robust design
With an impressive R insulation rating, the 5000 Series door panel shells are fabricated from cross-linked polyethylene. With an ultra-high density, non-CFC urethane foam core, the panel is impervious to almost all chemicals and has a density and workability similar to a solid core timber door.
With colour evenly impregnated throughout the polymer skin, the Coldshield 5000 Series swing doors will never require painting and will retain its appearance throughout the door's lifetime.
